About Me

My name is Sheila and I'm the sole owner of Sheila's Home Baked Creations. As a child I spent many hours helping my grandma bake cookies and that interest grew into my current baking passion I now share with others through my home bakery.

Over the years my family has endured failed diets as I always had several volunteering to be my taste-testers. Holiday gifts from the heart, or the oven, also became a tradition.

Cookies were my initial specialty due to flavor bursting from every bite while keeping the texture soft and chewy. I still make fabulous cookies, but I now specialize in macarons! Each macaron shell is flavored, as well as the filling, so every bite is an explosion of flavor! These delicate treats can be customized an infinite number of ways so if you are seeking something I don't have listed, just let me know and I'll see what I can do.

I have a full-time job in the medical processing field, and a part-time job in retail, in addition to my bakery. However, when I'm not baking or working, I can be found playing with my dogs Apollo and Hunter, spending time with family, or enjoying nature from the sky (sky diving), on land (hiking), on water (kayaking), or below the water's surface (scuba diving).
